INVISI-GARD screens provide that high level of quality and durability with a woven wire mesh that is made using a marine grade 316 high tensile stainless steel wire. The mesh is then pre-treated and powder coated with the highest quality coating available.
It’s important to note that there are many other stainless steel mesh products on the market that do not meet the requirements of Australian Standards. Typically these lower quality products:
- Don’t use high tensile stainless steel wire (900MPa)
- Lack pre-treatment for corrosion before powder coating
- Don’t track the composition of the mesh via chemical certification
- Don’t use high quality UV resistant powder coating and are susceptible to fading
